当前，我国硕士研究生学术失范的现象比较严重。学术失范的特点呈现多元化，其本质是学术要求过高，但研究生个人学术能力不济引起的失衡。高校辅导员有责任帮助他们认识学术规范的重要性，并帮助他们提高学术修养和学术水平，增强学术自律性，减少或防止学术失范。
