目的:探讨时间节点管理在减少首台择期手术延误中的作用。方法选择2012年5月-2013年5月实行首台择期手术的患者795例,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组( n=406)和观察组( n=389),对照组采用一般管理方法,观察组制定具体节点管理方案,实施时间节点管理。比较两组患者手术等待时间、第1台择期手术延误率。结果观察组患者手术接入前、麻醉前、手术前等待时间分别为(24.32±6.35),(24.08±6.29),(25.58±7.72)min,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为5.89,7.22,7.82;P<0.05)。观察组患者手术延误率为10.80%,对照组为25.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.92,P<0.05)。结论时间节点管理可提高工作效率,减少患者手术等待时间及手术延误率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of node management in reducing the delay of the first elective operation .Methods 795 patients from May 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the control group ( n=406 ) and the observation group ( n=389 ) .General management method was adopted in the control group, and the time node management was adopted in the observation group .The waiting time of the operation and the first elective operation delay rate was compared between groups .Results The waiting time before entering the operating room, before anesthesia and before operation were (24.32 ±6.35)min,(24.08 ±6.29)min and (25.58 ±7.72)min in the observation group, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t=5.89,7.22,7.82, respectively;P<0.05).The delay rate was 10.80%of the observation group and 25.86%of the control group.The difference was significant (χ2 =29.92,P<0.05).Conclusions The node management method can improve work efficiency , reduce the waiting time and operation delay , and improve patient satisfaction.
