目的探讨《急危重症护理学》三维无缝隙教学模式培养护生、实习护生应急能力的效果。方法选取2所院校2008级本科4个班护生196名,设研究组与对照组,研究组为2所院校各1个班共2个班96名护生,应用《急危重症护理学》急救理论、操作技能与临床实践三维无缝隙教学模式进行护理教学;对照组为2所院校另1个班共2个班100名护生,应用常规教学模式进行护理教学。结果研究组护生急救理论考核得分(90.2±5.2)分,急救操作考核得分(82.9±4.1)分,应急能力考核得分(89.9±5.1)分,病情观察考核得分(89.6±4.4)分,分别优于对照组护生的(57.8±8.5),(77.9±1.3),(56.8±9.3),(71.2±6.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t 值分别为-34.10,-5.76,-23.60,-17.26;P<0.05)。医生、护士及患者对研究组护生的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论《急危重症护理学》三维无缝隙教学模式教学不仅可提高在校考核成绩,而且能显著提高其临床工作应急能力。

Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional seamless teaching model on training the emergency ability of nursing student and nurse in “emergency and critical nursing”.Methods One hundred and ninety-six nursing students from four classes of two academies in Grade 2008 were chosen and divided into the control group (n=100) and the study group (n=96).The control group from two classes of two academies received the routine teaching model , and the study group from the other two classes of two academies received the three-dimensional seamless teaching model including the first aid theory , operating skills and clinical practice in “emergency and critical nursing”.Results The scores of first aid theory , first aid operating skills , emergency ability and disease observation were respectively (90.2 ±5.2), (82.9 ±4.1), (89.9 ±5.1) and (89.6 ±4.4) in the study group, and were better than (57.8 ±8.5), (77.9 ±1.3), (56.8 ±9.3) and (71.2 ±6.1) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=-34.10, -5.76,-23.60, -17.26, respectively;P<0.05).The satisfactions of doctors, nurses and patients in the study group were higher than those of control group , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusions The three-dimensional seamless teaching model in “emergency and critical nursing” not only can improve the score of examination , but also can improve the emergency ability in clinical work .
