以实施卓越计划为目的，从信息类大学生工程创新能力培养的内在规律和要求出发，将TRIZ创新理论和CDIO工程教育理念相结合，建立“模块化、多元化”信息类专业课程体系，构建一体化实践教学体系，建立信息类专业实践教学基地群。通过改革和创新信息类专业的现有教育体系，大力提高工程教育人才培养质量。

To implement the purpose of excellence plan, from the inherent law and requirement of cultivating the engineer-ing innovation ability of students of information, combine the TRIZ innovation theory and the CDIO engineering education concept, establish a"modular, diversified"information specialty course system, construct integrated practice teaching sys-tem, establish practical teaching base of information engineering. A series of reform promote education reform and innova-tion of the information engineering, and improve training quality of information engineering talents.
