本文以社会上出现的“两旺两难”的怪现象（一面是企业对人才需求旺、学校毕业生供给旺，一面是企业招聘难、毕业生就业难）为切入点，阐述高等教育的发展及现状，分析高等教育发展过程中存在的一些突出问题并提出建议。
本文以社會上齣現的“兩旺兩難”的怪現象（一麵是企業對人纔需求旺、學校畢業生供給旺，一麵是企業招聘難、畢業生就業難）為切入點，闡述高等教育的髮展及現狀，分析高等教育髮展過程中存在的一些突齣問題併提齣建議。
본문이사회상출현적“량왕량난”적괴현상（일면시기업대인재수구왕、학교필업생공급왕，일면시기업초빙난、필업생취업난）위절입점，천술고등교육적발전급현상，분석고등교육발전과정중존재적일사돌출문제병제출건의。
This article starts from appearing in the community,"booming dilemma"strange phenomenon (the demand side is busy business professionals, graduate school supplies, one side is difficult to recruit business graduates difficult employ-ment) as a starting point to explain the development of higher education and situation, analyze some prominent problems existing in the development of higher education and to make recommendations.
