目的：探讨子宫肉瘤的超声表现及误诊原因，以提高其术前诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实为子宫肉瘤10例患者的超声表现。结果10例子宫肉瘤患者中，术前超声误诊为子宫肌瘤6例，子宫肌腺症1例，卵巢肿瘤1例，子宫内膜癌2例。结论子宫肉瘤声像图缺乏特异性，超声误诊率高。
目的：探討子宮肉瘤的超聲錶現及誤診原因，以提高其術前診斷率。方法迴顧性分析經手術病理證實為子宮肉瘤10例患者的超聲錶現。結果10例子宮肉瘤患者中，術前超聲誤診為子宮肌瘤6例，子宮肌腺癥1例，卵巢腫瘤1例，子宮內膜癌2例。結論子宮肉瘤聲像圖缺乏特異性，超聲誤診率高。
목적：탐토자궁육류적초성표현급오진원인，이제고기술전진단솔。방법회고성분석경수술병리증실위자궁육류10례환자적초성표현。결과10례자궁육류환자중，술전초성오진위자궁기류6례，자궁기선증1례，란소종류1례，자궁내막암2례。결론자궁육류성상도결핍특이성，초성오진솔고。
Objective To discuss the ultrasound findings and misdiagnosis reasons of uterine sarcoma, in order to im-prove the rate of preoperative diagnostic. Methods Ultrasound findings of 10 cases of uterine sarcoma patients con-firmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 10 cases of uterine sarcoma, 6 cases were misdiagnosed as uterine fibroids, 1 case as uterine muscle gland disease, 1 case as ovarian tumor and 2 cases as endometrial carcinoma by ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasound findings of uterine sarcoma has no characteristics, and the rate of ultrasound misdiagnosis is high.
