为计算计及喇叭口的多相感应电机定子绕组的端部漏感,提出了基于矢量磁位的数值计算方法。该文通过矢量磁位沿线圈端部的线积分计算磁通进而求取线圈间端部漏感,该方法与通过磁密的面积分来计算磁通的传统方法相比,可方便处理定子绕组复杂的端部结构,提高计算速度与结果的准确性。矢量磁位法沿用将线圈间端部漏感与关联矩阵相结合计算相间端部漏感的总体思路,具有应用灵活、通用性强的优点。以某15相感应电机为例,给出了矢量磁位法计算端部漏感的计算过程,通过对计算结果的分析说明了矢量磁位法计算端部漏感的有效性。

A novel numerical method based on the magnetic vector potential is proposed to calculate stator end leakage inductances of the multiphase induction machine with the conic angle of end-windings taken into consideration. To acquire the leakage inductances between end-windings, the flux is obtained by a line integral of vector-potential along the end-winding sides, which is different from the traditional surface integral of flux density. Therefore, the magnetic vector potential method is of more accuracy as well as higher computation speed, and makes it easy to deal with the complicated end-winding frameworks. By following the general procedure which combines the coil end leakage inductances with the incidence matrix to obtain the phase end leakage inductances, the new method retains advantages of flexibility and versatility. The calculation is illustrated by a 15-phase induction machine and the validity of the magnetic vector potential method is showed in the results.
