目的：探讨桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹皮瓣修复手指创面的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月~2013年12月来我院就诊的手部外伤患者共10例，所有10例患者都实行桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹皮瓣手术。观察患者术后的恢复情况。结果术后患者切口均一期愈合，且皮瓣生长良好，供区植皮顺利成活；术后均实行6个月的随访，皮瓣颜色正常，与周围区域相近，外观满意。同时，在术后6个月时对这些患者的受伤恢复部分的浅感觉进行评定，其中优者7例，良者2例，中者1例，并无差的病例，其中优良率为90%。结论桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹皮瓣能够满足患者对于手部美观和功能的双重需求，为手部外伤的治疗带来了新的希望，适合在临床上进一步推广应用。
목적：탐토뇨동맥장천지완횡문피판수복수지창면적림상효과。방법선취2012년5월~2013년12월래아원취진적수부외상환자공10례，소유10례환자도실행뇨동맥장천지완횡문피판수술。관찰환자술후적회복정황。결과술후환자절구균일기유합，차피판생장량호，공구식피순리성활；술후균실행6개월적수방，피판안색정상，여주위구역상근，외관만의。동시，재술후6개월시대저사환자적수상회복부분적천감각진행평정，기중우자7례，량자2례，중자1례，병무차적병례，기중우량솔위90%。결론뇨동맥장천지완횡문피판능구만족환자대우수부미관화공능적쌍중수구，위수부외상적치료대래료신적희망，괄합재림상상진일보추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of superficial palmar wrist crease of skin flap to repair the finger wounds of the radial artery. Methods Patients with hand trauma from 2012 May to 2013 December in our hospital, a total of 10 cases, al of the 10 patients are the superficial palmar branch of radial artery wrist crease flap operation. To observe the recovery of patients after operation. Results The incision healed wel after operation, and the flaps grew wel , and donor site survived; after a 6 month fol ow-up, the flap normal color, similar to the sur ounding area, with satisfactory appearance. At the same time, in the 6 months after operation the patients of the injured recover part of the superficial sensory evaluation, the results were excellent in 7 cases, good in 2 cases, 1 cases, no poor case, the excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion The superficial palmar branch of radial artery wrist crease flap can satisfy the dual needs for patients with hand appearance and function, for the treatment of hand trauma brought new hope, for further application in clinical practice.
