目的:探讨品管圈活动在牙科手机管理中的应用效果。方法将2011年下发的80把牙科手机作为对照组;2012年下发的72把牙科手机作为实验组。通过品管圈活动指导实验组手机的管理使用,对两组手机故障、零部件损坏率及管路堵塞率进行统计学分析。结果实验组手机通过品管圈活动手机故障率为6.9%,零部件损坏率为11.1%,管路堵塞率为6.9%,均低于对照组(23.8%,26.2%,28.8%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为8.04,5.63,12.00;P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动可有效查找牙科手机管理使用中的问题,针对问题提出切实可行的改进措施,进行监管实施后可明显控制手机的故障率,对科室来讲可起到减耗增效的积极作用。

목적:탐토품관권활동재아과수궤관리중적응용효과。방법장2011년하발적80파아과수궤작위대조조;2012년하발적72파아과수궤작위실험조。통과품관권활동지도실험조수궤적관리사용,대량조수궤고장、령부건손배솔급관로도새솔진행통계학분석。결과실험조수궤통과품관권활동수궤고장솔위6.9%,령부건손배솔위11.1%,관로도새솔위6.9%,균저우대조조(23.8%,26.2%,28.8%),차이균유통계학의의(χ2치분별위8.04,5.63,12.00;P<0.01)。결론품관권활동가유효사조아과수궤관리사용중적문제,침대문제제출절실가행적개진조시,진행감관실시후가명현공제수궤적고장솔,대과실래강가기도감모증효적적겁작용。
Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle to cope with dentistry handsets on reducing expenditure and increasing benefits in stomatology department .Methods Eighty handsets ( distributed in 2011 ) were as control group compared with seventy two handsets ( distributed in 2012 ) as study group .By using the quality control circle management , the study analyzed and compared the malfunction rates including handsets malfunction , accessories malfunction and pipeline block .Results The rates of handsets malfunction , accessories malfunction and pipeline block in study group were 6.9%,11.1% and 6.9%, compared with 23.8%,26.2%, and 28.8%respectively in control group , the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =8.04,5.63,12.00, respectively;P<0.01).Conclusions From the study, it could be seen that the quality control circle has high efficiency to find out and resolve handsets ’ malfunctions on time , and reduce controllable malfunctions resulting in low expenditure for handsets ’ malfunctions .
