目的：了解近年来我国临床路径研究趋势和发展现状，为临床路径的进一步研究和发展提供参考。方法以CMB、CNKI、VIP、万方学术论文数据库为平台，检索我国临床路径研究的相关文献。结果共检索出相关文献4811篇，文献刊载量呈逐年上升趋势，核心文献刊载量1929篇，核心文献刊载比率呈下降趋势；研究内容涉及临床、护理、医院管理、教育培训等多个方面，护理类临床路径相关研究刊载量最大，共1567篇，占32．57％。结论临床路径的相关研究发展迅速，内容向纵深扩展，但各研究领域发展不平衡；临床路径相关配套制度、信息化管理设施不到位，缺乏有效临床路径实施效果评估系统。
목적：료해근년래아국림상로경연구추세화발전현상，위림상로경적진일보연구화발전제공삼고。방법이CMB、CNKI、VIP、만방학술논문수거고위평태，검색아국림상로경연구적상관문헌。결과공검색출상관문헌4811편，문헌간재량정축년상승추세，핵심문헌간재량1929편，핵심문헌간재비솔정하강추세；연구내용섭급림상、호리、의원관리、교육배훈등다개방면，호리류림상로경상관연구간재량최대，공1567편，점32．57％。결론림상로경적상관연구발전신속，내용향종심확전，단각연구영역발전불평형；림상로경상관배투제도、신식화관리설시불도위，결핍유효림상로경실시효과평고계통。
Objective To study the research status of clinical pathway trend and development in our country in recent years , so as to provide a reference for the further research and development of clinical pathway.Methods The CMB, CNKI,VIP, Wanfang academic database were searched as the platform and related literatures research on clinical path were collected .Results A total of 4 811 literatures were identified , of which 1 929 studies were published in core jourals .Although the number of literatures had an increasing tendency year by year , the core documents of studies had a decreasing tendency .The study content were about clinic, nursing, hospital management , training and so on, and the largest published volume research was related to clinical nursing pathway which had 1 567 (32.57%) studies.Conclusions Clinical pathway study is in a high rapid development and in wide and deep expand on contents , but the development of research area is not balanced , supporting systems , information management facilities , and effect evaluation system on clinical pathway is lacking .
