目的:探讨互动式教学方法在护理人员检验标本知识培训中的应用效果。方法将330名护士采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各165人。成立检验标本培训团队,在授课过程以提问的方式导入内容,过程中与学员互动的方式对干预组的护士进行培训。通过发放检验相关知识调查表,调查培训效果,并对培训前后的标本不合格原因进行比较。结果干预组检验标本相关知识考核为(88.19±8.87)分,明显高于对照组护士(79.17±10.52)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义( t=8.37, P<0.01)。培训后标本不合格率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用互动式教学方法可以提高临床护士检验标本相关知识与培训团队的教学能力,保障检验标本分析前质量。

Objective To explore the effects analysis of interactive teaching program (ITP) on nurse’ s specimen knowledge training .Methods Participants included 330 registered nurses randomized into two groups on average:controlled group and intervention group .The intervention group received interactive teaching in the form of question to acquire knowledge by the training team of specimen examination .The knowledge of questionnaire survey had been utilized to exam result and the reasons of ineligible specimens compared between before and after training.Results The result of intervention group gain (88.19 ±8.87) comparing with controlled group (79.17 ±10.52).The result had statistical significance (t=8.37, P<0.01).The percent of ineligible specimens went down ( P <0.01 ).Conclusions ITP dedicates to nurses ’ specimen relative knowledge and team training ability and results in the enhancement of specimen quality before examination .
