目的：探讨祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月-2014年2月我院收治的140例亚急性咳嗽患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组70例。观察组患者采用祛风止咳汤治疗，对照组患者采用止咳平喘糖浆治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效及中医症候情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%（63/70），对照组为68.6%（48/70），差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组各项中医症候积分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；两组患者均无明显不良反应，未出现胃肠不适等症状。结论祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽疗效显著，可有效改善患者临床症状。
목적：탐토거풍지해탕치료아급성해수적림상료효。방법선취2013년2월-2014년2월아원수치적140례아급성해수환자작위연구대상，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조70례。관찰조환자채용거풍지해탕치료，대조조환자채용지해평천당장치료，관찰병비교량조환자적림상료효급중의증후정황。결과관찰조총유효솔위90.0%（63/70），대조조위68.6%（48/70），차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）；치료후，관찰조각항중의증후적분균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）；량조환자균무명현불량반응，미출현위장불괄등증상。결론거풍지해탕치료아급성해수료효현저，가유효개선환자림상증상。
Objective To study curative effect of Qufeng Zhike Decoction in the treatment of subacute cough. Meth-ods A total of 140 patients with subacute cough in our hospital were selected from February 2013 to February 2014,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were treated with Qufeng Zhike Decoction,while patients in control group were treated with Zhike Pingchuan Syrup. The curative effect and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observa-tion group was 90. 0%(63/70),that of control group was 68. 6%(48/70),the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred severe adverse reactions and gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms. Conclusion Qufeng Zhike Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of subacute cough,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
