目的：探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)右心导管双盘镍钛记忆合金封堵房间隔缺损(ASD)介入治疗中的应用价值。方法116例ASD患者应用TTE行术前筛选、术中监测及术后随访，观察封堵结果。结果116例患者在TTE监测指导下全部封堵成功，术中及术后均无并发症。结论 TTE在术前病例筛选、指导选择封堵器型号以及术中实时监测和术后疗效评价中起着重要作用。

목적：탐토경흉초성심동도(TTE)우심도관쌍반얼태기억합금봉도방간격결손(ASD)개입치료중적응용개치。방법116례ASD환자응용TTE행술전사선、술중감측급술후수방，관찰봉도결과。결과116례환자재TTE감측지도하전부봉도성공，술중급술후균무병발증。결론 TTE재술전병례사선、지도선택봉도기형호이급술중실시감측화술후료효평개중기착중요작용。
Objective To explore the application value of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in the interventional treatment by right heart catheter double-disc nickel-titanium memory alloy transcatheter closure for atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods A total of 116 ASD patients received preoperative filter, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative follow-up by TTE, and the closure results were observed. Results All the 116 cases underwent successful closure under the monitoring and guidance of TTE, and there was no intraoperative or postoperative complications. Conclusion TTE plays an important role in multiple respects, such as preoperative filter and choice of plugging device, intraoperative real-time monitoring, and postoperative evaluation of curative effect.
