目的：观察氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法96例老年高血压患者为实验对象分为氨氯地平组，依那普利组和氨氯地平及依那普利联合用药组，各32例，分别给予氨氯地平，依那普利和联合用药治疗。环形对比三组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗全部患者的血压得到一定控制，特别是联合用药治疗的患者血压改善效果更为突出。结论老年高血压患者使用氨氯地平与依那普利联合治疗，效果好、可靠度高、不良反应低。

목적：관찰안록지평연합의나보리치료노년고혈압적료효。방법96례노년고혈압환자위실험대상분위안록지평조，의나보리조화안록지평급의나보리연합용약조，각32례，분별급여안록지평，의나보리화연합용약치료。배형대비삼조환자적치료효과。결과경과치료전부환자적혈압득도일정공제，특별시연합용약치료적환자혈압개선효과경위돌출。결론노년고혈압환자사용안록지평여의나보리연합치료，효과호、가고도고、불량반응저。
Objective To observe the curative effect of amlodipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 96 patients with senile hypertension were divided into three groups as amlodipine group, enalapril group and amlodipine combined with enalapril group, and each group contained 32 cases. Respective therapies of amlodipine, enalapril, and amlodipine combined with enalapril were given in the three groups. The curative effects of the three groups were compared in circle. Results After the treatment, the blood pressure was controlled in all patients. The improvement was remarkable in the patients who received combination therapy. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of senile hypertension has reliable effect, high reliability and few adverse reactions.
