目的:探讨MAST QUADRANT通道镜辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定技术治疗单节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法通道镜辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定技术治疗23例单节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折,观察手术时间、术中出血量、手术后伤椎高度及Cobb角恢复情况,并对患者进行随访。结果平均随访时间13个月(6~22个月),所有患者均获得较为满意的骨折复位效果,功能恢复良好,术后疼痛及功能均较术前明显改善(P<0.01),总体疗效满意。结论通道镜辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉技术具有术中出血少、创伤小及术后功能恢复较好等优点,是一种治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折安全且有效的方法。

목적:탐토MAST QUADRANT통도경보조하경피추궁근라정내고정기술치료단절단흉요추폭렬골절적림상료효。방법통도경보조하경피추궁근라정내고정기술치료23례단절단흉요추폭렬골절,관찰수술시간、술중출혈량、수술후상추고도급Cobb각회복정황,병대환자진행수방。결과평균수방시간13개월(6~22개월),소유환자균획득교위만의적골절복위효과,공능회복량호,술후동통급공능균교술전명현개선(P<0.01),총체료효만의。결론통도경보조하경피추궁근라정기술구유술중출혈소、창상소급술후공능회복교호등우점,시일충치료흉요추폭렬골절안전차유효적방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation assisted by MAST QUADRANT channel system in the treatment of single segment thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods Percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation assisted by MAST QUADRANT channel system was applied in 23 cases of single segment thoracolumbar burst fracture. Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative vertebral height and recovery of Cobb angle were observed. All patients received follow-up. Results The average follow-up time was 13 months (6~22 months). Reduction of fracture of all the patients was satisfying. The function recovery was good with obvious improvement in postoperative pain and function (P<0.01), and the total curative effect was good. Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw assisted by MAST QUADRANT channel system has the advantages of few intraoperative bleeding volume, little damage, and good postoperative recovery. It is a safe and effective treatment for thoracolumbar burst fracture.
