目的充分利用护士能力资源并实现优化组合。方法把分层次管理运用到临床护理的各个层面。结果充分发挥每个人的优势，调动护士的积极性。结论分层次管理运用到临床护理能体现每个人的价值，并能调动积极性，参与科室的管理。分层次管理使护理资源充分得到体现，发挥护理人员的主观能动性，使高年资的护士与低年资的护士相互依存，并起到教学管理的作用，减少差错事故的发生，使患者得到全面的、安全的护理。

Objective To make ful use of resources and achieve the optimum combination ability of nurses. Methods The hierarchical management is applied to every aspect of clinical nursing. Results Give ful play to the advantages of each, to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses. Conclusion The hierarchical management to clinical nursing can reflect the value of each person, and to mobilize the enthusiasm, to participate in the management of departments. Hierarchical management so that the nursing resources ful y reflected, to give play to the subjective initiative of nursing staf , so that the high qualification nurses and junior nurses interdependent, and play the role of teaching management, reduce er ors, care that patients receive comprehensive, safe.
