目的本文对临床免疫检测中出现的问题进行研究，并且分析出了应对的方法。方法在我院免疫检验科抽取一段时间内的检测结果，对这些结果进行多方面的分析。结果主要因素是实验过程中环境的变化，抽取样品的质量，试验制剂反应时间的长短，溶液的更换频率，试验员的工作能力等等。结论在临床免疫检测的同时只有恪守操作准则，保证检测的质量，才能获得精准的实验结果。

목적본문대림상면역검측중출현적문제진행연구，병차분석출료응대적방법。방법재아원면역검험과추취일단시간내적검측결과，대저사결과진행다방면적분석。결과주요인소시실험과정중배경적변화，추취양품적질량，시험제제반응시간적장단，용액적경환빈솔，시험원적공작능력등등。결론재림상면역검측적동시지유각수조작준칙，보증검측적질량，재능획득정준적실험결과。
Objective This article conducts the research to the clinical immune detection problems, and analysis of the coping methods. Methods The test result in the testing department of our hospital immune extraction time, were analyzed in many aspects to these results. Results The main factor is the change of the environment in the process of experiment, the quality of sample, test preparation, reaction time, the frequency of replacement solution, test personnel working ability etc. Conclusion Only by operating guidelines in clinical immunoassay. At the same time, guarantee the quality of detection, in order to obtain the accurate experimental results.
