目的探讨对新入院代理制护士进行岗前试岗,护士综合能力效果观察与评估。方法对2011年~2013年招聘入院的护士进行随机分组分别进入观察组和对照组,通过对护士综合能力评估表,评估护士在入院时、入院3个月、6个月进行评估。结果观察组护士综合能力评价明显高于对照组。讨论通过护士岗前试岗,护士综合能力评价高,搭班医生、带教老师、科室护士长对护士的评价高,能快速进入护士角色,减少离职率,对护理人力资源管理有一定的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the agency for new admissions test post pre-service nurses, nurses comprehensive ability Observation and evaluation. Methods 2011~2013 recruiting nurses admit ed to hospital were randomized into the study group and the control group, through comprehensive capacity assessment form for nurses, nurse assessment at the time of admission, admission, three months, six months for evaluation. Results The study group was significantly higher nurse comprehensive capacity assessment. Conclusion Pre-post test post by nurses, nurse comprehensive capacity assessment is high, doctors take classes, with a teacher, department head nurse for nurses evaluate high, can quickly enter the role of nurses and reduce the turnover rate for nursing human resources management have some guidance significance.
