目的探讨呼吸道传染病的特点及预防控制效果。方法对2012~2013年度我院内呼吸道传染病进行了回顾性临床资料分析，对比加强医院感染管理前后医院感染的数据。结果通过对两年我科医院感染情况进行统计发现，2013年度呼吸科感染发生率14.67%，低于2012年的25.33%(P<0.05)。此外，医护人员相关工作质量评价及患者对护理工作的满意程度亦明显较2011年有了提升P<0.05)。结论在强化医院感染管理后，可以明显降低院内感染的发生，保护患者以及医护人员的健康。

목적탐토호흡도전염병적특점급예방공제효과。방법대2012~2013년도아원내호흡도전염병진행료회고성림상자료분석，대비가강의원감염관리전후의원감염적수거。결과통과대량년아과의원감염정황진행통계발현，2013년도호흡과감염발생솔14.67%，저우2012년적25.33%(P<0.05)。차외，의호인원상관공작질량평개급환자대호리공작적만의정도역명현교2011년유료제승P<0.05)。결론재강화의원감염관리후，가이명현강저원내감염적발생，보호환자이급의호인원적건강。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods Patients with infectious disease of respiratory tract in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were considered retrospectively.The data of hospital infection before and after the management strengthen were compared. Results Through the last 2years of nosocomial infection,The respiration infection rate in 2013 (14.67%) was lower than that in 2012 (25.33%), P<0.05.In addition, the relevant evaluation of the quality of medical staf and patients satisfaction degree on nursing work was promoted, P<0.05.Conclusion The strengthening the management of hospital infection, can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and protection the health of patients and medical staf .
