目的观察派特灵治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效。方法选择符合入选标准的尖锐湿疣患者192例，随机分为治疗组(96例)和对照组(96例)，其中治疗组以派特灵涂于患者治疗；对照组以超脉冲CO2激光治疗。结果派特灵组治愈率94.79%，复发率4.39%；CO2激光治疗组治愈率75.0%，复发率48.0%。结论派特灵防治尖锐湿疣效果显著，临床应用安全性好，治愈率高，复发率低，值得推广。
목적관찰파특령치료첨예습우림상료효。방법선택부합입선표준적첨예습우환자192례，수궤분위치료조(96례)화대조조(96례)，기중치료조이파특령도우환자치료；대조조이초맥충CO2격광치료。결과파특령조치유솔94.79%，복발솔4.39%；CO2격광치료조치유솔75.0%，복발솔48.0%。결론파특령방치첨예습우효과현저，림상응용안전성호，치유솔고，복발솔저，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of the treatment of condyloma acuminatum paiteling. Methods To select 192 cases of Condyloma Acuminatum Patients, randomly divided into the treatment group (96 cases) and control group (96 cases), the treatment group to use Paiteling applied to the patients in the control group;Ultrapulse CO2 laser treatment.
