目的讨论研究应用护理干预式健康教育模式对糖尿病住院患者血糖控制情况、护理满意程度以及相关知识掌握情况的疗效与意义。方法选取我院糖尿病住院患者共80例。随机分为A、B两组,各40例。A组患者行传统护理干预式健康教育。B组患者在A组基础上行护理干预式健康教育模式。结果护理干预式健康教育模式组患者其治疗后血糖控制情况显著优于常规健康教育模式组患者(P<0.05)。护理满意程度人数比较显示护理后应用护理干预式健康教育模式B组其对护理人员护理满意度均显著优于常规健康教育组患者(P<0.05)。结论应用护理干预式健康教育模式对糖尿病住院患者具有重要意义,有助于帮助其了解积极配合治疗的重要性并显著提高疾病治疗效率。

Objective To discuss and study the clinical ef ect and significance of health education model of nursing intervention pat ern on blood sugar control, nursing satisfaction and relevant knowledge control of patients with diabetes. Methods 100 inpatients with diabetes were chosen and randomly divided into A group and B group each with 50 cases. A group was given health education of traditional nursing intervention.B group was given health education model of nursing intervention.Results Health education pat ern of nursing intervention group patients were glycemic control after treatment was significantly bet er than the conventional mode of health education group of patients ( <0.05).On blood sugar control condition, B group was obviously superior to A group ( <0.05). Conclusion Health education model of nursing intervention pat ern has great significance for inpatients with diabetes. It can help patients understand the importance of treatment compliance and improve treatment ef iciency obviously.
