目的通过实验，对双黄连中金银花和连翘水提液醇沉工艺及干燥工艺进行研究，优选出最佳精制方法和干燥条件。方法黄芩的提取精制方法按照药典方法进行，本实验考察比较金银花和连翘提取液一次醇沉和二次醇沉后所测得的浸膏得量和有效成分的含量，从而确定最优的提取精制工艺。在此基础上，对减压干燥法和微波干燥法进行了比较，优选出最佳干燥条件。结果通过两种方法的比较显示：二次醇沉的提取精制方法出膏率更低且含量高；微波干燥大大减少了干燥时间。结论优选所得醇沉工艺和干燥工艺科学合理。

Objective Through the experiment,Study of Shuanghuanglian water extraction and alcohol precipitation process and drying process,optimize the best method for refining and drying conditions.Methods Method for extracting refined Scutel aria car ied out according to the Pharmacopoeia method,but to compare the extract content and active ingredients of honeysuckle and Forsythia Extract after an alcohol and two alcohol,In order to determine the optimal extraction and refining process.On this basis,the vacuum drying and microwave drying were compared,the optimum drying conditions.Results Comparison shows that by two methods:two times of extraction and refining method of alcohol extract rate is lower and the high content,Microwave drying can greatly reduce the drying time. Conclusion The optimized technology of alcohol precipitation and drying process is scientific and reasonable.
