目的探讨胃溃疡患者行针对性护理的实施效果。方法选取我院2012年12月~2013年12月的胃溃疡患者200例，随机分为对照组与观察组各100例，对照组行常规护理，观察组施加针对性护理。结果对照组的治疗总有效率以76.0%明显低于观察组的95.0%，复发率以12.0%明显低于观察组的2.0%(均P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡患者行针对性护理后，可有效提高治疗有效率，降低复发率，效果显著，值得推广。

목적탐토위궤양환자행침대성호리적실시효과。방법선취아원2012년12월~2013년12월적위궤양환자200례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조각100례，대조조행상규호리，관찰조시가침대성호리。결과대조조적치료총유효솔이76.0%명현저우관찰조적95.0%，복발솔이12.0%명현저우관찰조적2.0%(균P<0.05)。결론위궤양환자행침대성호리후，가유효제고치료유효솔，강저복발솔，효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of gastric ulcer patients nursing. Methods 200 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital in 2012 December ~2013 year in December, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group applied for nursing. Results The treatment group the total ef iciency of 76%was significantly lower than the observation group of 95%to 12%, the recur ence rate was significantly lower than the observation group of 2% ( <0.05). Conclusion The gastric ulcer patients for nursing, can ef ectively improve the treatment ef iciency, reduce the recur ence rate, significant ef ect, worthy of promotion.
