目的探讨镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法依据镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪的力学特点,应用镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪配合中空螺钉或克氏针治疗各型髌骨骨折61例，临床观察疗效。结果经过6~24个月的随访,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间7~14w，平均9.2w。无髌骨爪松动或断裂,术后感染1例、膝关节僵硬、骨性关节炎等并发症发生3例,膝关节功能优良率93%。结论镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折具有操作简单、并发症少、疗效好、患者可早期功能锻炼等优点,是一种治疗髌骨骨折很实用的内固定材料,值得临床推广应用。
