在我国经济水平不断提高的影响下，我国高校校友捐赠机制也得到了巨大的发展空间，并且已经逐步发展成为高校资金的主要部分。文章首先对校友捐赠以及其对于高校发展的作用进行了分析，进而又对地方高校校友捐赠机制进行研究和阐述。

Under the influence of continuous improvement of economic conditions in China, the alumni donation mechanism in colleges and universities has also obtained huge development space, and has gradually developed into a major part of university funds. Firstly, this paper analyzes alumni donation and its role for the development of universities, then studies and elaborates the alumni donation mechanism in local colleges and universities.
