目的探讨X线与CT检查在脊柱骨折诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2010年1月~2013年1月于我院诊断为脊柱骨折的122例患者,回顾分析其资料,所有患者均行X线及CT影像学检查,且影像学资料完整。结果122例患者确诊椎体骨折214个(T129个、T1276个、L145个、L231个、L328个、其他5个),其中前柱受累31例、前中柱受累61例、三柱受累30例,在后30例三柱受累患者中伴椎管狭窄者26例(轻度7例、中度13例、重度6例),伴椎体滑脱5例。X线检查结果示单纯压缩性骨折77例,不稳定性骨折45例;CT检查结果示稳定性骨折39例,不稳定性骨折83例,两种检查诊断结果差异明显,在统计学上有意义(<0.05)。结论在脊柱骨折诊断中,CT检查较X线的诊断价值更高,但仍需与X线检查相结合,提高对患者病情判断的准确性,以便正确指导临床治疗。

목적탐토X선여CT검사재척주골절진단중적림상개치。방법선취2010년1월~2013년1월우아원진단위척주골절적122례환자,회고분석기자료,소유환자균행X선급CT영상학검사,차영상학자료완정。결과122례환자학진추체골절214개(T129개、T1276개、L145개、L231개、L328개、기타5개),기중전주수루31례、전중주수루61례、삼주수루30례,재후30례삼주수루환자중반추관협착자26례(경도7례、중도13례、중도6례),반추체활탈5례。X선검사결과시단순압축성골절77례,불은정성골절45례;CT검사결과시은정성골절39례,불은정성골절83례,량충검사진단결과차이명현,재통계학상유의의(<0.05)。결론재척주골절진단중,CT검사교X선적진단개치경고,단잉수여X선검사상결합,제고대환자병정판단적준학성,이편정학지도림상치료。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of X-ray and CT examinations in the diagnosis of spinal fractures. Methods Chosen 122 cases of patients diagnosed as spinal fractures in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2010, reviewed and analyzed the data, al patients were performed of X-ray and CT imaging examination, and imaging data was integrity. Results 122 patients were diagnosed of 214 vertebral body fracture (29 of T11, 76 of T12, 45 of L1, 31 of L2, 28 of L3, and five of others), including anterior column involvement in 31 cases, former column involvement in 61 cases, three column involvement, 26 cases of patients were with stenosis of 26 patients in the 30 cases of three column involvement (13 cases of mild, 7 cases of moderate, 6 cases of severe), 5 cases with vertebral slippage. The results of X-ray shows 77 cases of pure compression fractures, 45 cases of unstable fracture; CT findings shows 39 cases of fracture stability, 83 cases of unstable fractures, the results of two dif erent inspection diagnosis were significant, statistical y significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of spinal fractures, the CT examination diagnostic value is higher than that of X-ray, but it stil need to combine with X-ray examination to improve the accuracy of the patient condition judgment in order to cor ectly guide clinical treatment.
