目的探讨微创人工全髋关节置换术治疗超高龄老年股骨颈骨折的手术方法和手术效果。方法采用改良髋关节后外侧切口(Wat-son3/Jones切口)人工全髋关节置换术治疗超高龄(85~99岁)股骨颈骨折38例，在手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后疼痛和引流、并发症、住院天数、住院费用、Har is评分方面与传统人工全髋关节置换术进行比较。结果微创组(小切口组)38例患者的术中出血、术后疼痛、住院天数、住院费用明显减少了，不仅促进了早期活动，并且对手术效果无影响。结论小切口具有创伤小、出血量少、术后恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少、感染机会低等优势。微创小切口人工髋关节置换术是治疗高龄老年股骨颈骨折的有效手段。

Minimal y invasive total hip replacement surgery is the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly ef ective means.
