目的临床分析CT诊断在肝损伤中的临床应用效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析，选取我院自2012年1月~2014年1月收治的67例外伤性肝损伤患者的临床资料，所有患者均行CT检查，分析诊断效果。结果本组67例患者中CT检查发现肝损伤的准确率达到97.01%(65/67)；30例患者行腹部探查及肝破裂修补术，19例为肝损伤分级较高(Ⅳ、Ⅴ级)的患者，11例为分级较低(Ⅰ~Ⅲ级)但血流动力学不稳定或者合并有其他脏器损伤的患者；37例均实施非手术治疗。行30例患者CT分级与手术探查结果符合率为93.33%(28/30)。结论CT在肝损伤诊断中具有显著疗效，可较为准确地评估患者肝损伤程度进行评估，值得临床推广应用。
목적림상분석CT진단재간손상중적림상응용효과。방법채용회고성방법분석，선취아원자2012년1월~2014년1월수치적67예외상성간손상환자적림상자료，소유환자균행CT검사，분석진단효과。결과본조67례환자중CT검사발현간손상적준학솔체도97.01%(65/67)；30례환자행복부탐사급간파렬수보술，19례위간손상분급교고(Ⅳ、Ⅴ급)적환자，11례위분급교저(Ⅰ~Ⅲ급)단혈류동역학불은정혹자합병유기타장기손상적환자；37례균실시비수술치료。행30례환자CT분급여수술탐사결과부합솔위93.33%(28/30)。결론CT재간손상진단중구유현저료효，가교위준학지평고환자간손상정도진행평고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Clinical analysis of CT diagnosis and clinical application in liver injury.Methods Analysis using the retrospective method,the clinical data of our hospital from 2012 January-2014 year in January admit ed 67 cases of traumatic hepatic injury patients,al patients underwent CT examination,diagnosis and analysis of results.Results In this group,67 cases were examined with CT were found in the liver damage accuracy rate reached 97.01%(65/67);30 patients underwent abdominal exploration and rupture of liver repair,19 cases of liver damage(Ⅳ,higher grade V)patients,11 cases of low grade (gradeⅠ~Ⅲ)but the flow dynamic instability or associated with other organ injury patients;37 patients were non operation treatment.30 patients underwent CT classification and operation results are consistent with the rate of 93.33%(28/30).Conclusion CT is ef ective in the diagnosis of hepatic lesion,can be more accurate assessment of evaluation of the degree of liver injury in patients,is worthy of clinical application.
