In recent years, as China's medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition among hospitals has not only limited in medical technology and management level. Hospital as an important place for saving lives, its management execution directly affects the quality of care, so it must be highly concerned. This paper systematically studied the hospital management execution and pointed out the rational proposals to improve the quality of its management from the implementation of execution.
