目的：探究优质护理在血液净化中心的应用效果分析。方法：选取血液净化患者100例。将100例患者随机分为采用常规护理的对照组，以及采用优质护理的观察组，每组50例患者。对两组患者进行护理干预后的急诊透析次数、满意度以及并发症情况进行比较分析。结果：采用优质护理的观察组的平均急诊透析次数和并发症明显少于对照组；患者满意度明显优于对照组。差异均具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：对血液净化患者采用优质护理模式可以明显地减少急诊透析次数，大大降低并发症的发生率，从而提升患者的满意度，临床上值得推广应用。
목적：탐구우질호리재혈액정화중심적응용효과분석。방법：선취혈액정화환자100례。장100례환자수궤분위채용상규호리적대조조，이급채용우질호리적관찰조，매조50례환자。대량조환자진행호리간예후적급진투석차수、만의도이급병발증정황진행비교분석。결과：채용우질호리적관찰조적평균급진투석차수화병발증명현소우대조조；환자만의도명현우우대조조。차이균구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론：대혈액정화환자채용우질호리모식가이명현지감소급진투석차수，대대강저병발증적발생솔，종이제승환자적만의도，림상상치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of high - quality care in the application of the analysis of blood purification cen-ter. Method 100 patients were treated for blood purification and randomly divided into a control group with conventional treatments,and the use of high - quality care in the observation group,50 patients in each group. The number of emergency dialysis care for two groups of patients after the intervention,satisfaction and complications were analyzed. Results The quality of care in the observation group and the mean number of emergency dialysis complications was significantly less than the control group;patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Patients with blood purification using high -quality model of care can significantly reduce the number of emergency dialysis,greatly reduce the incidence of complications,thereby en-hancing patient satisfaction,should be widely applied clinically.
