目的：探讨通过电话回访对提高癫痫患者出院后遵医行为的效果研究。方法：对96例出院后的外伤性癫痫患者随机分成对照组48例和观察组48例，两组在住院期间均进行癫痫基本知识的健康教育，对照组出院后三个月后回访，观察组出院后每周进行电话回访，对患者进行癫痫相关知识、服药指导、饮食活动、心理疏导等内容进行健康指导。结果：观察组对癫痫相关知识的了解、遵嘱行为、复诊率均显著于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：电话回访能有效提高外伤性癫痫患者出院后的遵医行为，提高患者自我护理能力，促进了康复，也密切了护患关系，提高了患者的满意度，控制发作，减少复发，并提高患者的社会适应能力，全面提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토통과전화회방대제고전간환자출원후준의행위적효과연구。방법：대96례출원후적외상성전간환자수궤분성대조조48례화관찰조48례，량조재주원기간균진행전간기본지식적건강교육，대조조출원후삼개월후회방，관찰조출원후매주진행전화회방，대환자진행전간상관지식、복약지도、음식활동、심리소도등내용진행건강지도。결과：관찰조대전간상관지식적료해、준촉행위、복진솔균현저우대조조（P <0.05）。결론：전화회방능유효제고외상성전간환자출원후적준의행위，제고환자자아호리능력，촉진료강복，야밀절료호환관계，제고료환자적만의도，공제발작，감소복발，병제고환자적사회괄응능력，전면제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of telephone follow - up compliance of epilepsy patients after discharge from hospital toim-prove. Method 96 cases of discharged patients with traumatic epilepsy were randomly divided into control group of 48 cases and observa-tion group of 48 cases,two groups of health education were the basic knowledge of epilepsy during hospitalization,the control group was dis-charged after three months after the visit,the observation group after every call return,performed on patients with epilepsy related knowl-edge,medication guidance,diet,psychological counseling,the content of health guidance. Results Resultsintheobservationgroup,the epilepsy related knowledge,ordered to act,the referral rate were significantly thant hose in the control group( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Telephonefollow - up can effectively improve the compliance behavior of discharged patients with traumatic epilepsy,improve the patients self - careability,promoting the rehabilitation,but also closely relationship between nurses and patients,improve patient satis-faction,controlofseizures,reduce recurrence,and improve the adaptive ability of the patient's social,and comprehensively improve the quali-ty of life of the patients.
