目的：评价屈螺酮炔雌醇片用于中国地区手术流产后的疗效。方法计算机检索 Cochrane 图书馆、PubMed、Elsevise、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关屈螺酮炔雌醇片用于中国地区手术流产后疗效的文献。采用 RevMan 5.0软件对各文献阴道流血量、阴道流血持续时间、月经复潮时间和子宫内膜厚度进行 Meta 分析。结果共纳入11篇文献，4224例患者。Meta 分析显示：屈螺酮炔雌醇用于手术流产后能缩短阴道流血持续时间〔加权均数差（MD）=-3.01，95% CI（-3.98，-2.05）〕和月经复潮时间〔MD =-11.64，95% CI（-15.45，-7.84）〕，增加子宫内膜厚度〔MD =1.73，95% CI（0.79，2.67）〕，而对术后阴道流血量〔 MD =-12.49，95% CI（-38.52，13.54）〕影响不明显。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片可缩短手术流产后阴道流血持续时间，改善月经复潮时间及子宫内膜厚度，而对阴道流血量无明显改善，可用于手术流产后的治疗。由于纳入的文献质量普遍不高，本次系统评价的论证强度可能会受到影响。
목적：평개굴라동결자순편용우중국지구수술유산후적료효。방법계산궤검색 Cochrane 도서관、PubMed、Elsevise、중국지망、만방수거고、유보수거고중유관굴라동결자순편용우중국지구수술유산후료효적문헌。채용 RevMan 5.0연건대각문헌음도류혈량、음도류혈지속시간、월경복조시간화자궁내막후도진행 Meta 분석。결과공납입11편문헌，4224례환자。Meta 분석현시：굴라동결자순용우수술유산후능축단음도류혈지속시간〔가권균수차（MD）=-3.01，95% CI（-3.98，-2.05）〕화월경복조시간〔MD =-11.64，95% CI（-15.45，-7.84）〕，증가자궁내막후도〔MD =1.73，95% CI（0.79，2.67）〕，이대술후음도류혈량〔 MD =-12.49，95% CI（-38.52，13.54）〕영향불명현。결론굴라동결자순편가축단수술유산후음도류혈지속시간，개선월경복조시간급자궁내막후도，이대음도류혈량무명현개선，가용우수술유산후적치료。유우납입적문헌질량보편불고，본차계통평개적론증강도가능회수도영향。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets after the surgical abortion in China. Methods Literatures on drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets used in surgical abortion in Cochrane library,PubMed, Elsevise,CNKI,WanFang and VIP database were searched by computer. A meta - analysis was conducted on postoperative vagi-nal bleeding,vaginal bleeding duration,resumption of menstruation and the thickness of endometrium by using RevMan 5. 0 soft-ware. Results 11 articles and 4 224 patients were included. Meta - analysis showed that drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets could reduce the vaginal bleeding time〔MD = - 3. 01,95% CI( - 3. 98, - 2. 05)〕,accelerate the resumption of menstruation〔MD = - 11. 64,95% CI( - 15. 45, - 7. 84)〕and increase the thickness of endometrium〔 MD = 1. 73,95% CI(0. 79, 2. 67)〕,but could not significantly reduce the vaginal bleeding volume〔MD = - 12. 49,95% CI( - 38. 52,13. 54)〕. Con-clusion Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets could reduce the postoperative vaginal bleeding duration after surgical abortion, improve the resumption of menstruation and the thickness of endometrium,but show no obvious effect on the volume of postopera-tive vaginal bleeding. Given the quality of literatures included,the conclusions of the Meta - analysis could be influenced.
