我国高等学校经过60多年的发展，在管理体制上形成了自己的特色，这种管理特色在促进我国高等教育发展方面发挥了重要的作用。但由于我国政治、经济、历史和传统文化的影响，高校的这种特色管理还存在诸多问题，制约着我国高等教育跨越式发展。必须在有中国特色的社会主义理论体系的指导下，着力提升高校党委的法治能力，积极推进高校章程建设，努力培育现代大学法治文化，以建构具有中国特色的高校法治制度。
我國高等學校經過60多年的髮展，在管理體製上形成瞭自己的特色，這種管理特色在促進我國高等教育髮展方麵髮揮瞭重要的作用。但由于我國政治、經濟、歷史和傳統文化的影響，高校的這種特色管理還存在諸多問題，製約著我國高等教育跨越式髮展。必鬚在有中國特色的社會主義理論體繫的指導下，著力提升高校黨委的法治能力，積極推進高校章程建設，努力培育現代大學法治文化，以建構具有中國特色的高校法治製度。
아국고등학교경과60다년적발전，재관리체제상형성료자기적특색，저충관리특색재촉진아국고등교육발전방면발휘료중요적작용。단유우아국정치、경제、역사화전통문화적영향，고교적저충특색관리환존재제다문제，제약착아국고등교육과월식발전。필수재유중국특색적사회주의이론체계적지도하，착력제승고교당위적법치능력，적겁추진고교장정건설，노력배육현대대학법치문화，이건구구유중국특색적고교법치제도。
After over 60 years of development,Chinaˊs colleges and universities have formed their own characteris-tics in the management system;such management features have played an important role in promoting the develop-ment of higher education in China. However,due to Chinaˊs political,economic,historical and traditional cul-ture,there still exist many problems in college management,which restricts the leapfrog development of Chinaˊs higher education. Therefore we must adhere to the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,en-hance the rule of law ability of Party committees of colleges and universities,and actively promote the construction of university charter,strive to foster the rule of law culture of modern university,so as to establish a legal system with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities.
