钱学森之问："为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才？"引起社会对中国教育的深刻反思。2010年颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出要更新人才培养观念，鼓励发展个性。本文简述了我国高校在创新人才培养模式方面存在的不足，并提出改进思路。

Dr.Qian's Question:“Why could not our education yield innovative talent?”which causes profound reflection on the education in society. The National Long-term Planning Program on Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), issued in 2010, puts forward to update the concept of talent cultivation and encourage individual development. The paper tries to study the shortage of the cultivation of innovative talent at universities and made suggestions to improve creative talents cultivation.
