本文初步探讨了目前我国土地产权制度所存在的相关问题，明确提出土地产权制度的革新与社会发展息息相关。探讨了我国土地产权制度革新的目标、原则和方法，认为我国土地产权制度的革新应采取以下几个措施：明确土地所有权主体；建立并完善土地使用权流转制度；完善农村土地承包经营权；完善土地法律制度，加大土地执法力度；调整土地管理机构职能，加强土地管理等。

This paper discusses the related problems of China's land property rights system, the development of new land property rights system reform is closely related to the society development. The objectives, principles and methods of the reform of China's land property rights system are discussed, and the following measures should be taken in the land property right system reform in China:to clarify the land ownership, to establish and improve the land use right transfer system, to improve the rural land contracting right of management, to improve the legal system of land and strengthen the land law enforcement, to adjust the land management agencies function, to strengthen land management, etc.
