建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定汞和砷含量的分析方法,并用于水样中汞和砷含量的测定.其中汞和砷具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99.实验还表明两元素的检出限低,精密度好.通过加标回收实验考察了方法的准确性,结果表明:加标回收率为93.6%-107%,符合回收率规定要求,应用此法分析的水样中 Hg 和 As 的含量符合国家饮用水标准.
建立瞭氫化物髮生-原子熒光光譜法測定汞和砷含量的分析方法,併用于水樣中汞和砷含量的測定.其中汞和砷具有良好的線性關繫,相關繫數均大于0.99.實驗還錶明兩元素的檢齣限低,精密度好.通過加標迴收實驗攷察瞭方法的準確性,結果錶明:加標迴收率為93.6%-107%,符閤迴收率規定要求,應用此法分析的水樣中 Hg 和 As 的含量符閤國傢飲用水標準.

The analytical method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established to determine the contents of mercury and arsenic. Mercury and arsenic had good linearity with r > 0. 99 for both elements. And this method had low detection limits and high precision. The accuracy of the method was confirmed by recovery tests. The results showed that the recoveries of both elements were in the range of 93. 6% -107% , which accorded with requirement of recoveries. And the contents of mercury and arsenic in water samples,which were tested by the established method,accorded with the National standard values.
