目的:构建一套科学、合理、动态的护理人员关键绩效评价指标体系,改善管理中存在的问题,激发员工积极性,使局部目标、个人行为目标与组织目标实现最佳组合,发挥绩效考核对护理管理目标实现的促进。方法:根据手术室人员和工作特点及要求列出人员和工作相关的关键指标,按照不同人员,不同责任细化和设计各项关键指标的客观衡量标准。结果:建立一套与工作人员自身发展相关和科室整体工作相关的7项指标构成绩效评估体系。结论:应用关键绩效指标法制定手术室护士绩效考核项目,使护士一方面加强自身建设,通过个人价值自发提高促进科室团队整体价值的提升,为科室长远发展打下坚实人才基础;另一方面护士通过持续改进工作,实现科室目标同时得到相应绩效奖励。

Objective:Build a scientific, rational and dynamic key performance evaluation system nurses, improve the management of existing problems, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, so that local objectives, individual behavior goals with organizational goals to achieve the best combination of performance appraisal play goals for nursing management achieve promotion. Method:List of key indicators based on personnel and work-related characteristics and operating room personnel and work requirements, in accordance with different people,different responsibilities and design refinement of the key indicators of objective metrics.Result: Establish a correlation with the staff and the department's own development work related to the overall performance evaluation system constituted seven indicators.Conclusion:Application of Law to develop key performance indicators of performance appraisal projects operating room nurses, nurses on the one hand to strengthen self-construction, through the promotion of personal values spontaneously improve the overall value of the team to enhance the department, the department has laid a solid foundation for long-term development of talent; other nurses through continuous improvement work to achieve department goals while the corresponding performance incentives.
