了解常州市基本公共卫生服务均等化实施现状、存在问题，提出对策建议，供相关部门参考。通过现况调查的方式，并采用相关资料和数据进行描述性统计分析。总结了该市在实施均等化方面的主要举措和成效，包括存在的问题。基本公共卫生服务均等化项目的实施对有效控制疾病流行、提高居民对公共卫生服务的可及性、缩小城乡和地区间差异、改善居民健康状况等方面起到了一定推动作用，但仍需进一步加强体系支撑、经费投入和人员配置等，以提高基本公共卫生服务均等化水平。

Objective:To understand the current implementary situation and main problems of equalization of basic public health services in Changzhou, put forward reasonable suggestions and provide references for the administrative department of health. Methods: Through the cross-sectional study, the related material and data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. Results: We summarized the main measures and results including existing problems in implementation of equalization. Conclusion: The implementation of the project of equalization of basic public health services had played a certain role in promoting many aspects such as controlling epidemics effectively, improving the public health services availability of residents, narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas gradually, and improving the health status of people. Ⅰn order to improve the equalization level of primary public health services, there was still a demand to strengthen public health supportive system, fund input, personnel all ocationand so on.
