介绍了 W波段测云雷达的意义及国外现状,对国内研制的首部机载 W波段双线偏振测云雷达回波进行了分析:雷达系统可实现多种扫描探测模式,以雷达波束固定向下探测资料为最便于作合理的分析,在侧向探测时,以距云一定距离作平行于云的直线飞行探测较好;实验中探测到非降水的冰晶云或混合相云的强度为-20~5 dBz,线性退极化比与粒子形状及雷达扫描模式有关。这些分析为进一步研制和改进 W波段雷达奠定了基础。

The significance and international development status of W-band cloud radars are introduced, and the cloud echoes observed by China′s first airborne dual-linear polarization W-band cloud radar are ana-lyzed.The airborne cloud radar can perform various scanning modes.The fixed-down detection mode is the best mode for reasonably analyzing the cloud date,and it is preferable that the air plane with a certain dis-tance away from the cloud flies parallel to the cloud under the lateral detection mode.The echo intensity of the non-precipitating ice clouds or mixed phase clouds in the experiments is between -20~5 dBz,and linear depolarization ratio is related to the particle shapes and the radar scanning mode.The results could be as a basis for the further research and improvement of the W-band cloud radar.
