设计了一款470510 MHz波段的功率放大器电路,给出了功率放大器的设计方法和过程,使用负反馈技术提高电路的稳定性并改善了电路部分性能,采用集总元件及微带传输线混合方式实现了电路匹配。使用ADS对电路进行了仿真,对电路加工后进行测试,测试结果表明增益大于11.2 dB,二次谐波抑制能力优于-24 dB,P1dB输出功率大于11 dBm,测试结果与仿真结果接近。
設計瞭一款470510 MHz波段的功率放大器電路,給齣瞭功率放大器的設計方法和過程,使用負反饋技術提高電路的穩定性併改善瞭電路部分性能,採用集總元件及微帶傳輸線混閤方式實現瞭電路匹配。使用ADS對電路進行瞭倣真,對電路加工後進行測試,測試結果錶明增益大于11.2 dB,二次諧波抑製能力優于-24 dB,P1dB輸齣功率大于11 dBm,測試結果與倣真結果接近。

A power amplifier at frequency of 470~510MHz is designed in this paper , and the design method and process are given .By using negative feedback technology , we improve the stability and some other performances of the circuit .Lumped element and micro strip to achieve matching network are adopted in the design.The power amplifier circuit is simulated with ADS ( advanced design system ) software. After processing, we measured performances of the circuit , the results show that power gain is more than 11.2dB, second harmonic suppression is more than 24dB, and output power is more than 11dBm at 1dB compression. Measuring results are close to simulation results .
