研究了一类时滞系统时滞相关型稳定性判据的改进问题。用适当的界定方法解决了现有的一些文献在推导稳定性判据的过程中存在的问题，以线性矩阵不等式形式给出了一个具有较小保守性的时滞相关型稳定性判据。最后利用数值示例验证了所给出的稳定性判据的有效性。

This paper investigates a problem of improved delay-dependent stability criterion .By using an appropriate bounding technology , the problem in existing papers in derivation of stability criterion is solved .A less conservative delay-dependent stability criterion is obtained in the form of linear matrix inequalities ( LMIs) .A numerical example is given to demonstrate effectiveness of the stability criterion .
