根据TB/T1335-1996《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》和 GB/T3811-2008《起重机设计规范》,采用有限单元法对铁路起重机转向架两种构架结构方案进行强度、模态分析。计算结果表明两种方案构架的强度、刚度均满足要求,但因其结构局限,方案2中的转向架结构还需进一步改进。
根據TB/T1335-1996《鐵道車輛彊度設計及試驗鑒定規範》和 GB/T3811-2008《起重機設計規範》,採用有限單元法對鐵路起重機轉嚮架兩種構架結構方案進行彊度、模態分析。計算結果錶明兩種方案構架的彊度、剛度均滿足要求,但因其結構跼限,方案2中的轉嚮架結構還需進一步改進。
근거TB/T1335-1996《철도차량강도설계급시험감정규범》화 GB/T3811-2008《기중궤설계규범》,채용유한단원법대철로기중궤전향가량충구가결구방안진행강도、모태분석。계산결과표명량충방안구가적강도、강도균만족요구,단인기결구국한,방안2중적전향가결구환수진일보개진。
Based on TB/T1335-1996 Strength Design And Test Evaluation Specification For Railway Vehicle and GB/T3811-2008 Crane Design Specification ,the strength and the modes of two kinds of bogie frame schemes of railway cranes were analyzed by use of finite element method .The calculation results show that the strength and stiffness of the two frame structures can meet the re-quirements .Because of the structural limitations ,the bogie structure of scheme 2 should be improved .
