介绍了中速磨煤机减速箱地震工况的仿真分析。建立了减速箱的简化模型,并进行有限元分析,同时,论述了应力评定准则。地震工况仿真分析结果显示该减速箱的固有频率高于IEEE std344要求的33 Hz ;在工作载荷、重力和地震载荷综合作用下,其应力值在许用范围内。

The simulation analysis of the reduction gearbox of a medium-speed coal mill in earthquake condition is carried on .The simplified model of the gearbox is established .The finite element analysis is conducted and the stress evaluation criteria is stated . The simulation analysis results show that the first inherent frequency is larger than 33 Hz ,and the stress value of the model is within the scope of allowable value on the working load ,gravity and seismic load .
