为设计质量可靠、性能优良的焦炉设备,提出了基于NX/WAVE技术的焦炉设备设计方法,使设计的焦炉设备在保证质量、性能的基础上,产品设计开发周期大大缩短,比传统三维设计方法更先进。通过实例应用表明,基于NX/WAVE技术的设计方法在进行产品系列化设计、变型设计时具有很大的优势。

In order to make the coke oven equipment with reliable quality and excellent performance ,a design method based on NX/WAVE technology for coke oven equipment is proposed .Compared with the traditional three-dimensional design method ,the new design method is more advanced ,which can not only guarantee the product quality ,but also cut down the design cycle .The applica-tion examples show that the new design method based on NX/WAVE technology has a great advantage in product’s series design and variant design .
