对60 mm迫击炮进行座钣建模,并借助于ANSYS Workbench软件平台,对座钣有限元模型进行刚度和强度分析,分析结果能够较好地反映座钣的应力和变形状态。同时,建立基于ANSYS Workbench软件的座钣结构优化数学模型,对模型进行优化,并对结果进行适当选取,得出满意的优化结果。
對60 mm迫擊砲進行座鈑建模,併藉助于ANSYS Workbench軟件平檯,對座鈑有限元模型進行剛度和彊度分析,分析結果能夠較好地反映座鈑的應力和變形狀態。同時,建立基于ANSYS Workbench軟件的座鈑結構優化數學模型,對模型進行優化,併對結果進行適噹選取,得齣滿意的優化結果。

In this paper ,the finite element model of a 60mm mortar’s base plate was set up ,and the strength of the finite element model was analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software .The simulation results can reflect the stress and deformation of the base plate when mortar fire on rigid ground .Meanwhile a multi-objective-based optimization mathematical model of the base plate was bulit , and the optimization design of the base plate was implemented ,and the optimization result is satisfied .
