利用ANSYS有限元软件建立斜齿式超声电机定子的有限元模型，并分析斜齿结构参数对定子振动模态的影响，得到了各结构参数对定子模态频率的影响曲线。研究结果表明，斜齿的结构参数对纵向振动模态频率的影响较小。

In this paper ,an FEM model of skew teeth ultrasonic motor stator was established with finite element analysis software ANSYS .The influences of different structure parameters on vibration modes were analyzed .The curves between the mode frequen-cies and the structure parameters were obtained by numerical analysis .The research results show that the structure parameters have little influence on the frequencies of longitudinal vibration .
