建立室内沙疗室，对沙体利用辐射热源和地暖进行双面加热，并在不同深度处安置温度传感器记录温度数据。利用Fluent软件，采用DO辐射模型、能量方程以及紊流模型，应用有限体积法计算了沙疗室内气固耦合传热问题，模拟了沙体温度场的变化。结果表明室内沙疗室可以达到维医沙疗需要的温度和环境，且数值模拟和实验中的沙体温度场变化规律吻合，可以为室内沙疗系统的设计和推广提供理论依据和实践指导。

A sand therapy room was established ,sand was heated by double sides of radiation heat source and floor heating ,and tem-perature sensors were placed at different depth to record the temperature data .In Fluent ,by use of the DO radiation model ,energy equation and turbulent model ,the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer problem was resolved by finite volume method .The change of temperature field of sand was simulated .The results show that indoor sand therapy room can provide temperature and environment needed by sand therapy ,and the numerical simulation result is accordance with the experiment data .This work can provide theoreti-cal basis and practical guidance for the design of indoor sand therapy system .
