随着市场对高强度钢材需求的增加，传统卷取机已经越来越不能满足卷取的需求，经常出现设备磨损严重、塌卷甚至设备变形或断裂等问题，这样不仅缩短设备的使用寿命，而且留下很大的安全隐患。以某厂卷取设备卷取某型号带钢为例，借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学仿真技术，分别建立了传统卷取机和强力卷取机的有限元模型，通过有限元分析对比带钢上同一点处在不同卷取机上的受力，得出强力卷取机优于传统卷取机的结论。

Taking the coiler in a certain factory which is used to coil a certain type of steel plate as an example ,with the aid of AN-SYS/LS-DYNA explicit dynamic simulation technology ,this paper sets up the finite element models of traditional coiler and powerful coiler respectively .By comparison of the forces on the same point in steel strip in the two models ,the paper comes to the conclusion that the powerful coiler is better than the traditional one .
