Based on the characteristics of engineering equipment required by non-war military operation ,the types of engineering equipment for non-war military operation were determined .An engineering equipment demand model is put forward on the basis of analyzing the accidental damage ,natural damage and the number of flexible engineering equipment .At last ,an example of the roller demand is given to validate the model ,and the result is satisfied .
