从实际生产出发,结合相关板形控制理论和实践经验,从目标板形设定、工艺参数调整、轧辊辊形优化等方面,对宝钢二次冷轧机组DR材的板形控制技术进行了深入探究,总结出一系列适合于宝钢极薄二次冷轧DR材板形控制的操作技术,并在现场实际应用,获得了良好的效果。
從實際生產齣髮,結閤相關闆形控製理論和實踐經驗,從目標闆形設定、工藝參數調整、軋輥輥形優化等方麵,對寶鋼二次冷軋機組DR材的闆形控製技術進行瞭深入探究,總結齣一繫列適閤于寶鋼極薄二次冷軋DR材闆形控製的操作技術,併在現場實際應用,穫得瞭良好的效果。

In this paper ,from the point of productive practice ,integrated with the related shape control theory and practice experi-ence ,starting from objective shape setting ,process parameter adjusting and roll shape optimizing ,shape control technique of DR strip in double cold reduction mill of Baosteel was studied profoundly .A series of shape control technique suitable for ultrathin DR strip in double cold reduction mill of Baosteel were worked out ,which have been used in field and achieved a good result .
